When I meet with someone in therapy, I first want to establish an authentic, safe and trustworthy connection with them so I can accurately hear and understand what has been troubling and what is desired. I have been trained in multiple clinical and theoretical orientations and integrate them into what each person responds to most easily and effectively. Interventions used aim at causing desired incremental and transformational experiential changes.
